Several things drove us at the start of this journey. The most pressing desire was to provide a better product than was available at the grocery store. We wanted to bring back the relationship and quality of an old time neighborhood butcher shop. Another major driving factor was providing a service to make our customers lives a little easier. Unfortunately, today's society lives a very busy and frantic life. The demands on our time are increasing. Our goal is to take away a chore, and replace it with a personalized experience.

We are a family owned and operated business. Simply put, we have no employees who are not members of the family. This is one of the many reasons we are committed to ensuring excellence in both our product and service. We aren't simply here to draw a paycheck, we are committed to the long term, and have a real stake in our success.

Jim and Glenda Hanna founded the company in 2004. At that time, we started by selling custom cut locker beef.  While we have refined our vision a lot over the years, the passion and quality for what we do has remained unwavering. Jim handles most of the sales, while Ben, their son, does the delivering. Josie, the daughter, manages the marketing and accounting. However, we all pitch in where needed. You may even see the Grandkids out riding along on delivery days. We are a family affair, and at the end of the day, that is the most important part for us.
